Being Human is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the package. By purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all shipping risks are assumed by the buyer upon shipment.
Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Being Human. All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
Warm Weather Notice
To help prevent melting or damage during warmer months, we may limit shipments to the beginning of the week and recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
Order Issues (Lost, Damaged, or Delayed)
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at beinghumanforyou24@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information.
