Refund & Return Policy

A legal disclaimer

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles, wax melts, or deodorants. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped.
